2. Shipping Carrier: We use reputable shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time.
3. Shipping Time: Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Please note that all our items are made to order, and production can take up to 1 week depending on the item. From the day the order was placed, you can expect your package to arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
4. International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number, so you can track your package.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY
As all our pieces are custom-made, we do not accept refunds or returns. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item, and we will work with you to find a solution. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
African wax print fabrics are made using traditional techniques, and to ensure the longevity of these vibrant and unique textiles, it is important to follow proper care instructions.

1.Machine (or hand wash) cold with similar colors, preferably without other clothing. We recommend using a cold wash setting or 30 degrees if using a machine.

2. For African wax print clothing, turn the garment(s) inside out when washing in the machine.
​
3. Use mild washing powder.
​
4. Use a gentle machine setting such as "hand wash" to avoid the spin cycle.
​
5. Hang garments to dry in a well-ventilated space, indoors or outdoors, and use a hanger to ensure they maintain their shape.

6. Iron using the cotton setting.
